My client is looking for an experienced customer service & contact centre Trainer/Coach to join and support their friendly, yet professional, Learning and Development Team.
In brief, you will be required to develop the capabilities, skills and competencies of staff within their Contact Centre.
You will be supporting staff in delivering an excellent customer experience and to champion a culture that engages staff in a continuous learning journey, focusing on providing a customer centric approach for all of the organisations beneficiaries.
The right candidate for this role will have;
- Experience within a coaching role.
- Inquisitive effective questioner that can develop agents in way that doesn't involve teaching and telling.
- Experience within a customer service or contact centre.
- Can create high quality and engaging resources to support learning.
- Innovative approach and enthusiastic about developing people
- Competent user of MS Office
