Our client based on the outskirts of Lincoln City Centre are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis.

The role is working Monday to Friday, 37 hours between 8.00am - 5.00pm.

The main duties of the job role are;

* Answering inbound telephone queries

* Responding to incoming email queries

* Providing Admin support

* Making outbound calls on occasions to contact customers

* Help solve customer queries

To be considered for this role you will need;

* A background in Customer Service or Call Centre roles

* To be confident in using computers including Microsoft Office/Excel/Outlook

* To have excellent communication skills and comfortable speaking to a variety of different people
