OA Executive is excited to have partnered exclusively with a manufacturing business based in Harrow in their search for an Administration Manager to join their business. Due to continued growth within the organisation they are looking for an experienced Manager to join the business to help develop and streamline new and existing processes to maximise efficiency.
As the Administration Manager you will lead a small Administration team of 4, ensuring that the full process for scheduling of works is carried out effectively and efficiently. It will be your responsibility to ensure that all orders placed are handled to the highest standard, working towards deadlines and ensuring that all products are shipped accurately and in a timely fashion.
Furthermore, you will also take accountability for the general maintenance of the office including handling office insurances, general day to day line management of the team, handling office supplies and generally working to ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently at all times.
This is a varied and demanding role which seeks an experienced administration professional who has proven experience in leading and managing teams. You will ideally be well versed in understanding shipping documentation and the compliance that surrounds this as well as the policies that surround how goods are transported. You will have proven experience in the scheduling of orders and works and will therefore be naturally well organised and capable of remaining calm under pressure.
Finally, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience of driving efficiencies and streamlining processes and will take a methodical and pro-active approach to all that you do.
