An experienced Siebel Development lead is required by a growing Financial Services client, based in the City of London.
This position will be responsible for delivering high quality features for the customer relationship management application (Siebel CRM) following development best practice and security standards, as well as providing 2nd and 3rd level support for that same application.
*You will work with the Development Manager to ensure that the data integration team is following best practices, using the appropriate tools and adhering to the most efficient development process
*You will deliver development and enhancement activities in support of the business raised change requests and releases for the application working closely with the CIO Teams, Partners and Suppliers
*You will be involved in Solution architecture and design
*You will follow the IT Release Management process and control all IT application releases to the environment including:
oReviewing release planning
oDiscovery, documentation, resolution and escalation of release dependencies, risks and issues
oAdherence to IT Change Management process and controls
oFormal communications to management and stakeholders
oCoordination of Environment and Configuration Management
oCoordinate release approval and closure
*You will provide 2nd and 3rd line support for the customer relationship management application categorising, prioritising, triaging and progressing service requests, incidents, problems and changes which are logged with IT, in-line with industry best practices (i.e. ITIL)
*You will be responsible for monitoring CRM application and proactively act upon any detected issues
*Siebel CRM Financial Services 15.x (ideally Consultant Certified Expert)
*Implement solutions using OpenUI
*Data loading using EIM
*Application integration using SOAP web services and REST APIs
*Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or higher
*OWASP Top 10 security framework
*Agile and SCRUM
*Team Foundation Server 2017 or higher (desirable)
*Version control and branching methodologies using GIT (desirable)
*ITIL experience and qualifications (desirable)
*Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (desirable)
