Qualifications & Experience:

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

Strategic sourcing and supply chain management experience.

Specific category/market knowledge related to recruitment/staffing suppliers.

Strong knowledge of recruiting/sourcing processes and organisation, processes, systems and tools.

Contract negotiation and maintenance.

Understanding of supplier performance management.

Relationship management experience to senior levels.

Additional information:

Role requires travel to all on site locations and supplier offices.

Knowledge & Skills:


Strategic sourcing and/or formal supply chain management methodologies.

Client KPIs and SLAs; creation and monitoring of supply chain.

Contract law and employment law related to the supply of temporary and permanent staff.

End to end recruitment process.

Relevant market knowledge; competitor knowledge; relevant recruitment sector and industry knowledge.

The delivery of cost savings, rate and price benchmarking and gain share.


Management of supply chains.

Relationship management; ability to build and maintain relationships at operational and strategic level.

Negotiation and closing skills.

Preparing and delivering presentations, Report and Proposals writing.

Analyse and extract data, highly numerate.

Prioritising and time management.

Computer literate (Intermediate MS-Office skills).

Assertiveness; handling conflict.

Adapting communication styles; written and verbal.
