Fantastic local established client with a family feel to the business are looking for an experience Customer Service and Sales Order Processing Administrator to work in the busy office alongside a team of stock control, accounts and planning staff.

You will be the first point of liaison for all clients who call into the business and your duties will include

  • Taking the call and taking orders
  • Dealing with incoming emails
  • providing a first class customer service on all queries
  • Providing quotations over the phone and on email
  • Updating the internal system, inputting orders, progressing orders through to the manufacturing dept
  • Liaison with production staff to ascertain delivery schedules
  • Liaising with planners regarding specialist orders
  • Working closely with accounts to manage client credit
  • Office administration duties
  • Adhoc support to the Operations Director
  • Please orders for the department as necessary

This is a newly created position in the company and the clients is looking for an applicant who has come from a similar background - ideally manufacturing.

You must have excellent skills including Word and Excel. SAP is advantageous !

Hours of Work - Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.00

Free Carparking, 22 days holiday, Pension scheme
