Opportunity for an experienced Cyber Security Architect with a minimum of 4 years Cyber Security Experience to lead the development of new cyber security solutions.


You will be playing a pivotal role in the management and governance of the organisations security arrangements. Including developing strategy, architecture, vendor selection and management. The Cyber Security Architect will also play a key role in developing new solutions to challenging business and technology change projects including greater use of IP connectivity and IOT as the organisation moves into a distributed network service model.

Skills & Experience:

Experience of successful technical leadership, working as a cyber security architect on complex projects and programmes.

Ability to design complex technical solutions in an inclusive and participatory manner, to negotiate with and influence other design parties (business stakeholders, technical architects, software developers, third party suppliers), to reconcile cyber security, technical and business considerations in order to arrive at the optimal solution.

A solid understanding of Network and Information Systems (NIS) and NCSC security guidance and the application to enterprise.

Experience with implementation of SIEM/SOC and Anomaly detection/monitoring solutions.

Experience of working with risk assessment frameworks and the NCSC Cyber Assessment Framework to ensure systems/services meet acceptable security requirements.

Able to prepare and drive a technology road map to attain Cyber and Industry security certifications.

Good understanding of CPNI physical, personnel, procedural and technical security controls and how to apply them to a CNI.

Work Pattern:

Currently high degree of remote with transition into flexible remote and office based in time.


Up to £70K + 10% bonus and excellent rage of benefits
