To be the frontline support for employees and managers for the UK and US workforce with deputised duties in the absence of a teammate.

Effectively handling the day to day HR, from talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and people strategy implementation including employer brand, succession planning, reward and recognition initiatives. Advising on employment law issues in the UK or via our partners for the US is vital.

Effective handling of talent acquisition from the verification of budget, through to offer packs, right to work checks, and references, ensuring compliance for the UK and US business.
Supporting employee relations decisions, ensuring employment law and best practice is assessed against the situation
and outcome in each event.
Escalation of any risks in relation to people risk to the appropriate member of Executive team.
Ensure compliance with the delegated authority matrix.
Ensure the application of policies and practices that ensure the protection of the commercial, financial and legal risks of the company.
Maintenance of the HR system is important to ensure reporting and analysis of data is accurate and useful.

To support the process of finding the best talent, ensuring business cases are tested, and in-house talent is evaluated at each point to ensure "people in the right places.
Lead the onboarding process for your territory, ensuring a smooth integration of new members into the team.
Support managers in holding meaningful performance reviews, and regularly assess the talent map to support the best course of action or HR advice.
To work with the finance team to ensure management of benefits, members and renewals are coordinated
in line with the plan.

Help build the organisation as a great place to work through being solution focused, and via building trust and engagement with the workforce.
Communicate clearly, regularly and with compelling solutions to business challenges. This way the HR service will be considered valuable to the workforce and company alike.
Be an ambassador of the company as an employer.
Contribute to any assigned methods or social media pages, such as Glassdoor or the LinkedIn page, to build the employer brand, as part of an agreed plan.

Display a strong focus on achieving agreed outcomes and ensuring key objectives are met.
Lead by example, continue to re-enforce behaviours as per company standards.
To operate effectively and efficiently in alignment with the Company Mission, Vision and
Values for the benefit and wellbeing of service users and co-workers.
Implementing the company vision as approved or set by the Executive team.
