HR Business Partner - (Slough, Berkshire)

To be the frontline support for employees and managers for the UK and US workforce with deputised duties in the absence of a teammate.
Effectively handling the day to day HR, from talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and people strategy implementation including employer brand, succession planning, reward and recognition initiatives. Advising on employment law issues in the UK or via our partners for the US is vital.

RISK & COMPLIANCE
Effective handling of talent acquisition from the verification of budget, through to offer packs, right to work checks, and references, ensuring compliance for the UK and US business.
Supporting employee relations decisions, ensuring employment law and best practice is assessed against the situation
and outcome in each event.
Escalation of any risks in relation to people risk to the appropriate member of Executive team.
Ensure compliance with the delegated authority matrix.
Ensure the application of policies and practices that ensure the protection of the commercial, financial and legal risks of the company.
Maintenance of the HR system is important to ensure reporting and analysis of data is accurate and useful.
TALENT & REWARD
To support the process of finding the best talent, ensuring business cases are tested, and in-house talent is evaluated at each point to ensure "people in the right places.
Lead the onboarding process for your territory, ensuring a smooth integration of new members into the team.
Support managers in holding meaningful performance reviews, and regularly assess the talent map to support the best course of action or HR advice.
To work with the finance team to ensure management of benefits, members and renewals are coordinated
in line with the plan.
