Badenoch + Clark has been engaged exclusively on a Reward manager role on a contract basis for a growing organisation in Sussex where you will be responsible for making recommendations for change to ultimately drive and deliver the reward agenda.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
* Leading the annual pay review process accurately and effectively within budget including the annual bonus allocation processes
* Provide specialist advice and subject matter expertise to support the business with global mobility matters
* Maintaining market data and participating in pay and benefits surveys
* Managing third-party relationships with external suppliers of employee benefits and other non-cash reward initiatives
* Supporting and promoting continuous improvement, regularly benchmarking against external companies, current employment legislation and future trends

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
* Proven track record of reward in a highly matrix environment
* Experience of carrying out salary reviews and surveys
* Experience of job evaluation schemes
* Experience of Global Mobility preferable
* Strong organisational, presentation and written skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* IT literate - MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Please note this contract role is based in Sussex but offers remote and flexible working.
