An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor to join a very highly regarded law firm based at their office based in Nottingham. The requirement for an Employment Solicitor is in response to client demand and due to a desire to continue to expand the employment practice.
This role will suit a solicitor or experienced Legal Executive who has built up substantial employment law knowledge. Those who have recently qualified are invited to apply if you have gained experience in employment law prior to qualification. Ideally your experience will have covered a diverse range of contentious and non-contentious matters including; redundancy, discrimination and dismissal, compromise agreements, contracts and employment, TUPE and corporate support. A mix of claimant and respondent work would be advantageous. The ability to manage and develop client relationships is also essential.
