Solution Architect - O365 - Leeds - Permanent - Competitive Salary

The Company
An experienced Microsoft 365 Solution Architect is required by a growing consultancy, based in the Leeds area. The role of the 0365 Solution architect will be to work closely with our internal teams and assist them in their migration and on boarding activities to the Microsoft 365 platform.

The Role
You will be responsible for Microsoft 365 administration and in providing end-user support and training. For collaborating with the IT Management team to ensure operational security, maintenance and governance.

*You will engage with senior stakeholders to identify, rationalise and roadmap new business capabilities and deployment
*You will maintaining a thorough understanding of existing and emerging Microsoft 365 core technologies
*You will be responsible for designing and updating Microsoft 365 solutions and technical roadmaps, as well as producing high-quality documentation and user guides for the wider business
*You will assess and communicate risks associated with technology-related implementation
*You will define requirements for new technology and communicate them to key stakeholders
*You will prioritise, and work with the project manager to control projects and the project portfolio as they relate to the selection, design, configuration, and installation of Microsoft 365 information systems
*You will be responsible for developing an acceptable approach for the firm to make appropriate use of Teams, SharePoint, Flow, Planner and other Microsoft 365 applications
*You will act as primary liaison for the company's Microsoft 365 vision via regular written and in-person communications with the organization's executives, department heads, and end users

Experience Required
*Deep knowledge in Microsoft 365 technologies with experience of two or more of the following: Exchange, SharePoint, One Drive for Business, Teams.
*Demonstrable experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in a fast-paced environment
*Experience in undertaking business impact assessments for major Microsoft 365 updates, as well as analysing complex technical issues and proposing appropriate solutions
*Experience designing, provisioning and delivering workable Power App solutions
*Experience of working with third party providers e.g. Microsoft technical support, Consultancies etc.
*Strong experience in implementing and developing business solutions with Microsoft 365, particularly SharePoint and Teams
