Broadband Support Analyst, Dublin South
Purpose of the role:
The ideal candidate will have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills and experience in helpdesk technical and broadband support for customers (business and residential). You will be working in a friendly environment. Team size is 10 people.
Salary: 23-25k per year
Monday to Friday on rotation basis: 8 - 16.30; 9 - 17.30; 11 am - 8 pm. You will know 2 weeks in advance about your shift work. There will be work on Saturday - once per month.
· Support online, via phone and chat
· Contribute to monthly reports on IT service statistics;
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
*IT support in a customer focused environment with some experience in telecoms - at least 6 months
*Experience with telecommunications products and environment
*Experience with broadband, ability to identify connectivity / speed issues
*Strong problem solving skills
*Excellent communications skills
*3rd level IT related Degree or an equivalent.
