HOURS: 40 hours per week (8-8pm) on a rota basis, working TWO weekend days a month.
Office Angels have teamed up with this award winning client, based in Kings Hill, who are looking for a Performance Coach to improve quality and productivity in staff performance across all areas of the business. You will empower and support staff in delivering great conversations to their customers and deliver the best possible customer service.
You will coach and buddy new starters throughout the training phase and guide them to the expected call centre standard.
By feeding back on a weekly basis to individuals in the training group you will set, monitor and review weekly targets with new starters. To monitor individual performances you will sit and action 'side by side' buddying, live listening and listen to pre-recorded calls, and deliver feedback.
You will implement performance improvement plans and support the management team in coaching their staff, to meet and exceed internal and external SLA's and KPI's.
Working with the Coaching Team Leader you will be able to communicate, listen and develop rapport with individuals, whilst assessing and solving problems, as well as have the ability to hold difficult conversations in an effective and respectable manner.
