The candidate will have to take on a varied caseload of legal work as required including:
Employment proceedings in courts, appeals and tribunals.
Advice in matters relating to Employment Law.
Liaising with key Stakeholders as required.
Interviewing witnesses and recording witness statements.
Conducting settlement negotiations with opposing representatives.
Advice in matters relating to access of information and data protection.
