Construction Litigation/Arbitration - Partner
The firm has a strong track record within the construction, energy, project and infrastructure space, with an enviable client list of UK and international companies. The contentious construction and non-contentious construction teams work on high profile matters in the UK, across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the Far East. The firm is generally regarded as being at the forefront of the most important projects - contentious and on-contentious - in recent times.
The firm is keen to hire two partners with a strong track record in contentious construction/construction arbitration. This could consist of a team move, or two individual moves. The firm is open-minded as to whether you are an experienced partner with a well established following, or whether you are a junior partner/legal director/counsel, with a good contact book and a growing practice. Most importantly, you should be a recognised and well regarded lawyer in the contentious construction/construction arbitration space.
The firm has a record high PEP this year, with a strong financial base and a strong track record of financial health. The partnership is collegiate, and very team oriented, sharing clients and contacts to ensure the success of the firm and an enjoyable working environment. This is a really exciting opportunity to continue growing your practice, within an established and well regarded team.
