Office Angels currently have an exciting opportunity for a candidate who are looking to continue their career in Accounts Administration! We are urgently recruiting for an administrator who is immediately available for this temp to perm role.

Do you have administration experience? Have you had any experience within an accounts department? We are looking for a candidate who has ideally been exposed to various different accounts functions who can hit the ground running! Having experience within Sage Line 50 is essential in being successful in this role.

The main duties of the role are;

  • Entering purchases invoices and raising sales invoices
  • Entering bank statement and pay pal entries
  • Collating payroll information
  • Reconciling bank accounts monthly
  • Assisting with VAT returns
  • Credit Control
  • General accounts administration as required

The ideal candidate will possess strong IT skills and a positive can -do attitude. They will be excellent at data entry and have great attention to detail.

This is a temp to perm role, so candidates need to be immediately available if you are applying as the client needs a candidate to start ASAP!! The hours are full time 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4pm on Friday and the salary will be £18,000 - £20,000 on a permanent basis. The client is based in Gosport with car parking available. You must be looking for a permanent role if you are applying to this role.
