Adecco Croydon our proud to be working with a fantastic client in Croydon. This is a exciting time for the business as you will be working in a brand new team of Customer Service Administrators.

2019 is set to be an exciting year and you will be joining at a time of exciting developments.

A team of Customer Service Sales Advisors who will be tasked with helping our customers with their enquiries, orders, technical questions, delivery queries and anything else. Importantly, they will be able to do that online, on the phone, on email and eventually, via SMS text, Whatsapp, chat and social media communicators. The excellent escalation and support that is provided by our current customer service, credit control, technical and other teams will continue and our account managers will still be responsible for our clients.

Your role will be to look after all aspects of our clients' requirements, working within a team to provide exceptional service, maintain long term relationships and maximise sales opportunities. The role is varied and fast paced. Your duties would include:

  • Assisting customers with their inbound telephone enquiries regarding orders and deliveries.
  • Assisting customers with their inbound email, messaging and chat communications
  • Processing inbound sales orders.
  • Preparing quotes for customers.
  • Assisting customers with returns and delivery queries
  • Telephoning customers to update their accounts, order status and contact details.

  • You'll also have the chance to build long lasting relationships with customers who we speak to every day.

    Salary: £22,000PA - £24,000PA + bonus

    Hours: Mon-Fri 08.00am-17.00pm/09.00am-18.00pm - plus 1 Saturday every 6-8 weeks (paid overtime)

    Location: Croydon

    Benefits: Monthly bonus based on your performance in relation to KPI's, you'll have access to our company pension scheme, 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), an additional day's holiday for each two years worked and an extra day's holiday on your birthday.
