We are seeking people with a strong appetite for change and who are recognised for getting things done in a demanding environment.

We are looking for an experienced business change manager who can ensure effective delivery of end to end business projects. It is essential that you have proven experience working in a demanding environment, delivering complex, cross functional change projects. You will have the ability to plan projects, effectively influence stakeholders at all levels and demonstrate the application of project delivery methodologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the Programme Manager to lead a significant Target Operating Model project from initial analysis through to project design, delivery and implementation.
