Customer Service Advisor- Fintech Industry

As the Investor Relations Customer Advisor of my established client, you will be responsible for handling incoming enquiries from potential Investors and customers. It will be your responsibility to ensure each customer receives a 5* service to encourage them to utilise my client's services. Not only this but you will also provide support to the marketing team to develop your skills further.
Duties will include:
- Handling all client and Investor enquiries via web, email and telephone
- Contacting Investors about new products
- Investigating industry trends and sending a weekly report to the management team
- Management of ISA applications
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- You will be enthusiastic and able to prioritise workload with excellent communication skills
