My client based in Glasgow are looking for a Service Desk Analyst on an intial 3 month contract (with potential to extend).

You will be working in a busy team of which you will be acting as a first point of contact for all issues that arise, via phone and email.

You will

* Provide IT support, both during business and out of hours support
*Investigate, troubleshoot and solve a range of IT issues
*Maintain hardware and software systems throughout your region
*Support the day-to-day running of the Administration department
* Ensure all Head office equipment is installed correctly and working as it should be
* Investigate, troubleshoot and solve a range of IT issues

With experience of Office 365, Office 2013/2016, Apple Mac and Windows 8/10, You must have

*A positive, customer facing proactive manner
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Self-initiative and the drive to provide great service
*An in-depth understanding of IT systems (servers, networks and printing devices)
*Experience of administering and maintaining databases
*A committed, can-do attitude
*Previous experience of providing first-line support
