HR Manager- North London
A new opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious charity organisation based in North London. This is a standalone HR Manager role and would be ideal for someone looking to take a step up in their career.
This role is generalist in its approach and will see you encompass many elements of HR including strategy and policy implementation, change management, restructuring, management and execution of company wide HR projects, training and delivery, the chance to partner with senior stakeholders across the business to provide necessary HR Solutions.
As this reputable charity and its subsidiaries has a presence across the UK you will be required to travel on occasion, allowing you to see the wider company and their partners. Travel costs are covered as well as an allowance for travel amenities.
This role encompasses a generous base salary and excellent benefits including flexible working with the option to work from home, or from their second office based in Victoria.
You must be capable of working under pressure, working in a dynamic and busy environment, all the while maintaining a high level of service and attention to detail in all that you do. You must be reliable, supportive, trustworthy and able to work discreetly.
Furthermore, ideal applicants will have either a level 7 or level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent, will have proven experience of working in a charity organisation and will be hugely generalist in their experience. You must be comfortable with analysis and will enjoy data-driven tasks.
