*Approving and marking off supplier invoices on our bespoke FAST & Compleat system 20% Reconcile supplier Accounts 5%
*Recharging from our bespoke Work Order system 10%
*Reconciling the credit card accounts 10%
*Assist in day to day ledger duties as and when required.5%
*Ad-hoc & one-off duties 5%
*Carrying out some of management accountant's responsibilities while he is on holiday 5%
*This role would suit someone who is used to working in a fast paced and busy environment with minimum
*supervision. Must be super organised.
*Presentable with excellent communications skills due to frequent communications with high profile clients.
*Technically you must be in a similar position and have working knowledge of Sage, Excel and Outlook and
