We currently have an opportunity for a Marketing Data Analysis to join a successful Media and Events Company based in Essex. The company are one of the most awarded in their field, and extremely passionate about delivering the very best results in everything they do.

Your primary role will be to manage the day to day operations of the Data department, sending and reporting on email campaigns & data capture as well as have an active role with ongoing development of SCV database, email marketing, data hygiene and data collection. A key part of the role will be to help implement changes in the company to ensure GDPR compliance.

Your duties will include:

* Manage the day to day operations of the Data department

* Send and report on email campaigns

* Plan and implement development changes at suitable times

* Keep processes up to date and integrated with any new data laws

* Assist with the department budget and expenditure

* Provide recommendations and knowledge to other departments around the business

* Email campaign analysis and reporting

* Data hygiene management

* Uploading and exporting of data from multiple systems to use in email marketing

* Social Media and Web reporting

* Reporting statistics - email campaigns, websites

* Responsibility for email returns - maintaining and refreshing databases and lists

* Assisting users with first line support for database troubleshooting

The most suitable candidate will have experience in a similar role, with strong excel skills for data manipulation and reporting, ideally with data analysis experience looking to move up the ladder. In return, the company offers further training and development and other benefits.
