Application Support Analyst - SCCM - SQL
My client is looking for multiple professionals to join them at the start of a critical Greenfield project, which can offer an exciting technology driven environment in return.

As an Application Support Analyst you will provide help desk services, system administration, and telephone support for our web delivered applications across the globe. This role requires excellent communication and problem solving skills with the ability to be knowledgeable with MS-SQL Server and SCCM
Responsibilities and accountabilities:
*Liaise with multiple internal teams within Tradeweb and occasionally external clients by building strong working relationships
*Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
*Ability to read and analyze application logs to escalate to the relevant testing and development teams
*Good problem solving skills to provide root cause analysis of problems and workarounds.
