Working for an ever growing company based in Nantwich, my client is looking for a confident, proactive individual to join their busy, small but friendly team.The successful candidate will be a strong communicator who possesses good administration and people skills.The aim of the of the position is to deal with customer order discrepancies on a daily basis processing all the relevant administration that comes with each case. You will be responsible for your own customer accounts set within a region, liaising with the sales reps, clients and transport team to deal with with issues within a timely manner. Duties will include:· To action delivery paperwork and return notes· Organising replacement goods· To liaise with carriers daily to ensure service needs are met· To accurately record and report transport delivery failures· Reporting any compliance issues· Attending monthly meetings with the Logistics team to report and discuss areas of service failure· Accurate data entry onto system· Recognising improvements that can be made to reduce the number of internal errors · Assisting with the daily overflow of processing sales orders
