Job role: Customer Service Administrator

Hours: 08:00 - 16:00 or 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday (40 hours)

Salary: £19,760

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Birmingham

Do you have previous experience in Customer Service and Administration?

We are looking for an individual to join this manufacturing company in a new team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate to join a well-established business.

Duties will include:

  • Processing customer orders and inputting onto system
  • Answering inbound customer calls and dealing with any customer queries and complaints
  • Overseeing customer accounts
  • Providing and chasing quotes for customers
  • General administrative duties
  • Having excellent product knowledge
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure excellent and effective customer service

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be experienced in customer service and admin
  • Be IT literate and confident with all Ms packages
  • have an excellent telephone manner
  • have strong customer service skills with good attention to detail
  • be experienced using SAP (desirable)
