HR Business Partner
In this fast paced generalist role you will partner the finance function and be an instrumental team player in supporting a busy and fast paced business through a period of change, you will deliver expert advice linked to people policies that are designed to support corporate objectives and comply with legislative obligations. You will contribute to the success of the people strategy through the delivery of appropriate, commercially focused advice to ensure desired business outcomes.
The role will involve:
Working with relevant HR colleagues to provide proactive HR interventions to the business in line with the business HR strategy
Participate in various projects/restructures
Identify "people issues" and develop appropriate solutions, drawing on internal support e.g. absence management, retention, performance, engagement
Identify, analyse and interpret people related MI for the purpose of influencing business unit plans and effectively implementing the right business solutions
Oversee day to day operational activities including performance and talent management
Provide effective advice and coaching to business stakeholders to drive greater accountability and line management responsibility
The ideal candidate will fulfil the following:
Strong drive for results, action oriented, and experience of driving HR projects through to completion
Experience of delivering restructure projects is essential
A thorough understanding of how to successfully manage people through change.
Candidate should be qualified to CIPD level 7 or have the equivalent professional experience in a HR Generalist role
