Badenoch + Clark is delighted to be partnering with an ambitious financial services business with global reach to recruit the newly created role of Business Process Improvement Analyst.
As the organisation continues to expand it's reach while consolidating and looking for efficiency's within its business processes, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement throughout the business, the implementation, training and communication of BPI initiatives for the company's European finance division and improving the end-to-end processes within the finance department.

Within this ambitious and expanding organisation there are amazing career development opportunities and given their International reach there will be regular requirement to travel.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate who will bring a solid foundation and understanding of business process improvement, can think creatively to deliver solutions that will help shape the business as they move forward demonstrating exceptional project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
