I am excited to be working in partnership with a leading insurance company based in Dartford to find the perfect candidate to add to their expanding and exciting team. You will be speaking to a high volume of customers over the telephone to help with any enquiries and resolve any issues. This is a fantastic opportunity with the successful candidate joining this fast-growing company that are only set to get bigger in the upcoming months!
- Updating customer details on the online system
- Resolving customer complaints
- Investigating issues
- Checking paperwork
- Being first point of contact for any issues
- True passion for exceptional customer service
- Ability to prioritise, organise and multi-task seamlessly
- Happy and positive personality to fit with the team!
- Communicative and confident when speaking with clients
- Honest, conscientious and professional
- Customer Complaint handling experience would be highly beneficial
