Sales Administrator- £20,000-£21,000- Dartford

I am currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a supply company based in Dartford with excellent benefits and a great company ethos. As Sales Administrator you will be responsible for processing orders on behalf of key clients in the UK and European markets on behalf of a globally renowned organisation.
Duties will include:
- Handling incoming queries from clients regarding new and existing orders
- Calculating quotes based on volumes and quantities
- Following up quotations to process customer orders
- Arranging delivery schedules with dispatch centres
- Confidently advising on product range to recognise up-sell opportunities
The ideal candidate for this role:
- Experience in business to business sales or customer support
- Confident telephone manner
- Order-processing experience
