Key skills required:

Answering the telephone and emailing clients and customers

Excellent customer service, attention to detail and accuracy

Must have experience in an office environment

Confident in your approach to work, good at prioritising workloads and problem solving day to day issues

Creating reports using Excel and data input

Updating Client and Customer information

Ability to work well under pressure
