Finance Administrator (1 year)
We are working with a global organisation to recruit a temporary Finance Administrator that will be required for 1 year. The role is based in modern, bright, open plan offices with a number of great facilities on site and free parking.
This position will see you support numerous finance departments including Payroll and Financial accounting, so any previous payroll experience would be advantageous.
You will receive full training on starting this position so you are fully up and running. The position requires a candidate that can manage and organise their workload, work autonomously and using their own initiative.
Duties will include a high degree of MS Excel usage and must be able to perform V-lookups and Pivot tables.
- General admin duties including scanning documents, filing and any other ad hoc duties
- Managing post and bulk mailings
- Auditing and checking data
- Sending emails
- Generating and running various reports
- Sorting and sending customer statements
- Any other duties
