**Exciting new opportunity for a HR administrator to work as part of a Travel Events team in Central London**

JOB ROLE: HR Administrator

JOB TYPE: Permanent/ Part Time (4 days)

COMPANY: Travel Events

HOURS: 9.00am- 17.30pm

SALARY: £25,000

LOCATION: West End, London

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

  • Managing New Starter/Changes/Leaver administration process
  • Obtaining references for new employees / Issuing references for ex-employees
  • Produce Confirmation of Probationary Period letters
  • Maintain electronic filing ensuring that folders are kept as streamlined as possible - regularly deleted and archiving information
  • Photocopying where necessary
  • Work experience expenses
  • Collation of teams' holiday and movements
  • Organisation of HR team meetings
  • Weekly updates to E-Comms for website recruitment updates
  • Support HR Co-ordinator with the recruitment
  • Ensuring all vacancies are advertised internally and externally
  • Sending of welcome email ahead of new starters first day

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • Ability to use social/networking platforms for research e.g. LinkedIn
  • Strong administration and organisation skills and good time management
  • Friendly & approachable
  • Knowledge of luxury leisure market would be helpful but not essential
  • Extremely high attention to detail
  • Desire to study CPP/ CIPD or currently working towards
  • Process driven
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Understanding of HR and payroll processes is desirable
