Logistics Admin (Part Time)
We have a rare opportunity to work with one of our exclusive clients on a PART TIME vacancy, hours 9 - 2:30pm, Monday to Friday. We are looking to recruit someone with strong administration skills to be join this organisation as a Logistics Administrator .
The ideal candidate will be;
> Raising Purchase Orders
> Collection notes
> Chasing Notes (Job completion data)
> Posting and assign jobs to drivers
> Assisting with Planning (Working with Transport Planner)
> Liaising with the appropriate transport companies regarding stock
This role will require someone strong in personality, as you will be calling companies and internal staff for documents that need chasing and updating on the systems.
You will also be required from time to time to arrange travel and overnight arrangements for managers in the business (Cars/Flights/Hotels)
Pay is between 9-9.50 per hour
