Joining a team of 4 you will be working within the Command Centre and will be responsible for various types of Administration across the VOIP Telephony platform, from agent skill changes to management of Telephony faults.

Key Responsibilities:
*Contact Centre Agent skill changes within Genesys CME and Avaya Application of deflection messages on the main
*Phone lines basic amendments to various types of Contact Centre call routing.
*New user set up and existing user amendments on the Telephony platform Day to day management of contact centre mailbox.

Essential Skills:
*MS Excel
*Organisational and Administration
*Performance Analysis & Monitoring
*Problem Solving

About You:
I am seeking for an Administrator who has:

3.1st line technical support
4.Help desk support
5.Excellent Organisational skills
6.Excellent Problem solving skills

Desirable: Previous Contact Centre experience Incident management Genesys/Avaya or CISL Excel
