This well established property maintenance company are seeking to add an Accounts Assistant to their friendly team as soon as possible.
They pride themselves on providing the best possible service to their clients who range in size and need. They offer a wide range of services including heating, cooling, mechanical and electrical.
Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant role is essential as you will be handling a wide range of important tasks and responsibilities including:
- Invoicing daily and monthly, individual and batch
- Credit control alongside another team member
- Allocating remittances
- Dealing with queries
- Accounts receivable reports.
- Accounts payable cover when the person responsible for this area is on annual leave and assisting with Management Account reports if required and dependant on experience.
- The role works closely with our help desk / account payable and our accounts supervisor.
Experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential as well as the ability to work as part of a team.
The hours of work are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and the offices are based near Thame and do require a car owner/driver to be able to access the offices (free parking in provided).
