Excellent Opportunity AvailableInternal Sales Representative£17,000 - £20,000 (+ bonus)Kingswinford Temp to Perm As part of the Internal Sales Team you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding sales and profit from an existing sales territory. You will also work towards increasing our customer service level and expand our customer base. In addition, you will work closely with the External Sales Team to identify and develop new accounts and assist colleagues to achieve the same from their areas of responsibility. Duties Involved · Receive and process customer enquiries and orders by phone, e-mail etc.· To maintain a pro-active call out programme to accounts within their territory andrecord the outcome of these calls on the telemarketing system.· To decide with the Office Manager/General Manager key target accounts for the sales territory and agree methods to obtain the business and reporting procedures to monitor the level of business at these accounts.· In conjunction with the Office Manager/General Manager to manage their salesterritory so as to achieve budgeted sales and profit.· To develop contacts and relationships with customers that ensure first choice whenplacing orders, first refusal in any competitive situation and to be familiar with customer regular requirements.· To promptly contact all leads supplied and report the response to these calls to theOffice Manager/General Manager.· To hold weekly meetings with the Office Manager to discuss your accounts activity.· To understand the Company's product range.· To be aware of competitive activity and to report changes in the marketplace.· To assist the Profit Centre Administrator in settling any customer claims for credit in aprompt and efficient manner.· To carry out other reasonable tasks which may be required. Skills & Experience · To increase sales and profit to existing and potential accounts in your designated area and to review, with the Office Manager/General Manager the results of these efforts. To understand the Company administrative procedures· Assist in the total effort of the Company in meeting and exceeding its budgeted sales and profit targets and in the smooth and efficient working of all areas and other personnel.
