The job purpose for this role is as follows
-Implement online Solutions to record and report case management information
-Manage a full range of operational services for Human Resources,Providing highly specialised HR expertise and advice to to all staff partner organisations.
-Ensure the provision of high quality and consistent HR advice,Guidance and support in a cost effect and efficient way that positively impacts customer effectiveness,efficiency and confidence.
-Manage the performance and development of the HR team to ensure all partner organisation staff and members receive effective HR advice,and are given consistent advice on the interpretation of HR policies,procedures and legislation.
- Manage the impact assessment of policies,reports and procedures.
-Monitor and evaluate performance levels across Operational HR to identify ways of improving performance levels in line with service level and operating level agreements.
