Our client is looking for someone who is proactive, organized, switched on and keen to progress their career. JOB ROLE: Graduate* Internal Recruitment Coordinator

JOB TYPE: 6 MONTH CONTRACT

HOURS: 9.00am-5.30pm - Flexible Working Hours

SALARY: £26,000-£30,000 *Depending on experience

LOCATION: City of London

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

  • Attract the best available talent for our clients, souring candidates via various methods
  • Screen CVs and conduct telephone interviews
  • Match candidates to potential new roles
  • Track all activity to ensure you remain organised with great time management
  • Adhoc administration, sending out offer letter, confirmations and interview schedules
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities via face to face and telephone sales
  • Research companies via various methods including Linked in - Advertise vacancies

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • MUST be educated to degree* level or equivalent
  • The successful candidate will have experience within a internal recruitment role.
  • MUST be driven, ambitious, enthusiastic, proactive and hard working.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
