RECRUITMENT & RETENTION ASSISTANT
MONDAY- FRIDAY 9AM- 5PM
3 MONTH ASSIGNMENT
£10.64 HOURLY RATE
To provide Admin support to the Recruitment function of the HR strategy team by helping provide an efficient recruitment service to the clients in Social care.
- Liaise directly with recruitment agencies
- Monitor/ download applications/ CVs
- Manage job applications and liaise with appropriate service managers to arrange interviews
- To ensure that timely feedback is provided by managers
- Assist in planning and organising targeted recruitment events such as job fairs, open days etc.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of working within a recruitment/ HR setting
- Experience of working as part of a team
- Ability to organise, prioritise and maintain a changing workload.
- Excellent IT skills and efficient in using all Microsoft packages
