Office Assistant/ Administrator
£18,000 - £19,000 per annum
Office Hours 9-5pm Monday - Friday, plus 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays + much more!
Are you looking for a role with training? Can you work independently and support a team whilst working efficiently?
If so, our client based in West Malling are looking for a new member of their team to come on board and manage the IT and office facilities, and generally assist to ensure the office runs smoothly.
You will work on certain projects which are needed within the office, clear old documentation, answer phones, schedule meeting rooms, update the database (data entry), photocopy and scan documents, book couriers and mange the post and support the reception desk/greet visitors.
This is a pivotal role for a busy office, and you must be able to communicate effectively, have a ''can -do'' attitude as things can crop up that you will have to assist with, be able to lift and move some heavy items, but in return you will receive full training and have the chance to progress your career. Basic Microsoft Office (excel) skills are also required as well as your own transport/clean license.
