Secretary/Department Administrator - 12month contract
Start Date - w/c 17th June 2019
£22-25,000 per annum + excellent benefits
(Office Hours Monday - Friday, some flexibility could be looked at for the right candidate)
Our established client is looking for an experienced Secretary/Administrator who is able to manage a varied workload to support a busy team.
You will work directly with one Director and support a small team in all daily administration and managing enquiries for this busy department. You will manage invoices, updating spreadsheets, purchase lists, and document management and liaison with their external PR agency, all the while keeping on top of e-mails and ensuring the team are supported in any aspect required.
You will have strong Microsoft Office skills - including Outlook, Excel and minimal PowerPoint. COINS experience would be an advantage.
