HR Business Partner
Key responsibilities will include:
*Provide HR business partnering services for managers across a number of locations and business units.
*Coach and guide managers in terms of talent acquisition, organisational design, performance management, succession planning; employee relations, engagement and change programmes.
*Support management in designing new positions in line with job families and working with the compensation team guide on appropriate grade/salary levels.
*Develop and implement effective strategies to enable the organisation to thrive through periods of change (such as acquisition, internal growth, restructures, TUPE).
The successful candidate will have/be:
*A proven track record of providing a best practice HR Business Partner service in a busy HR department ideally within a multi-site organisation.
*Able to demonstrate a strong background in employee relations and change management.
*Computer literate, in particular competent with Microsoft office and comfortable with HRIS.
*Prior experience of delivering employee training and coaching; guidance on talent management.
