The Adecco Group Solutions was formed to address the need for the rise in 'Statement of work' solution and deliverable business as it is recognised as the future of the brand. There have already been a number of key wins across the public sector, with teams of resources deployed at Ministry of Justice, Home Office, Department of Work & Pensions amongst others. Along side a healthy sales pipeline in both sectors which we envisage driving further business from throughout 2019.

Working alongside the Sales and Solutions team and also key stakeholders inside and outside the business, The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for the management of the service elements of all assigned live contracts which will include Account Management, Service and Operational Level Agreements, Continual Service Improvement and Project Management amongst other tasks.

What does the role involve?
*Acting as a delivery subject matter expert to support the provision of new business.
*Conducting analysis to identify improvements and drive incremental business opportunities.
*Managing regular service reviews with client and internal stakeholders
*Providing an escalation point and conduit for the client and the AGS business for all stakeholders and suppliers.
*Implementing standardised processes for effective management of service.

Key skills and Experience
*5 years demonstrable experience working in a multi supplier delivery environment.
*SC Clearance
*ITIL v3 Foundation
*PRINCE2 Intermediate
*Experience of working for a strategic partner, solution integration or services business.
