My client is looking for a candidate to deliver professional internal HR advisor service to managers and employees. You will be working with managers to provide minimum support and guidance to managers. You will assist in the preparation of reports such as flexible benefit provider reports, attrition rates, absence management, disciplinary/grievance, performance management etc.

You will provide coaching, advice and support to managers to increase their people management capability and deal with people and policy related issues.

You must have previous experience working within a Human Resources Department.

Experience with an IFA or the Financial Service industry is desirable but not essential.

CIPD Level 5 or above is desirable but not essential.
