Working for a very successful company on the outskirts of Sevenoaks, you will be joining a small but efficient team to support the customer order processing side of the business.
Dealing with customers, buyers and logistics teams you are responsible for uploading of orders, checking details are correct and following up with calls or emails to obtain or confirm information. The role will also involve working closely with other departments, confirming stock, managing timescale expectations with clients and thinking on your feet!
You will be using your pleasant and helpful telephone manner in this role along with initiative, common sense and logic.
You will receive training on the in house ordering system as well as ongoing support.
