2nd Line Engineer role - Liverpool or Manchester- £28,500
The IT service desk is split between 1st and 2nd line analysts to provide support on site and remotely which includes emergency out of hours cover. You will need experience working in a 2nd line service desk environment and the technologies you'll be using will be Windows Servers, Active Directory and Exchange.
Working hours are 35 per week (08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday); and flexibility In this role is required as you may need to meet deadlines and fulfil obligations to the required level.
