Jigsaw Homes Group formed in April 2018 through the merger of Adactus Housing Group and New Charter Housing Trust; we manage c34,000 properties across 25 local authority areas in the North West and East Midlands and are committed to providing new homes and quality services.

Purpose of the Role

We are bringing together our Support and Neighbourhoods directorates under the leadership of a new Group Director post. As a member of the Executive Management Team you will be part of the leadership team, helping to set the organisations direction and future aims. As Director of Support & Neighbourhoods you will provide vision and leadership, ensuring the growth and development of Jigsaw Support and the continuous improvement of services to our residents & customers.
Our approach is to provide the housing services people want, as easily as possible. Our award winning contact centre provides our first-line housing management service to 34,000 tenants, and the Neighbourhoods department provides the face-to-face delivery of specialist services. This is supplemented by automated processes for income collection and appointment booking, online and telephone self-service.

We don't think it's enough to provide excellent homes and services - some people require more than this to live a successful life and we believe we have a social responsibility to help. We explore innovative ways of working, to help people with multiple and complex needs overcome barriers to reaching their full potential, and by asking them what they want from us to improve their life. In order to do this, we form partnerships, we bid for grant, and we demonstrate success.

Candidate Requirements
*Proven successful track record of working at strategic level delivering complex support contracts and services.
*Ability to network and maintain good working relationships with commissioners, external agencies and internal departments.
*An approach which is innovative, evidence based, financially aware and responsive to customers needs.
