Badenoch + Clark have been engaged to source for a strategic HR Business Partner for a charity based in West London. This is a hands on role which will involve being responsible for people management for client groups whilst having the confidence to challenge the cultural norms and stigma of the health and social care sector.

This is a permanent opportunity and the role is based in Ealing and Balham. You will manage an HR Advisor so previous management experience would be beneficial.

The role

Demonstrate the ability to support the HR team and act as a 'critical friend' with the authority and confidence to challenge and question
To lead on large scale, complex organisational change processes within the company, ensuring structural changes are compliant with legal regulations and deliver efficiencies and cultural change.
In accordance with policies, employment law and good management practice, provide managers with professional high quality advice and guidance on complicated, sensitive or high risk cases
To develop and deliver training courses on a range of human resources policies and procedures to a broad range of staff across the business.

You
-Previous experience working as a Business Partner
-Chartered Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or equivalent.
-Experience of leading on restructures and redundancies
-Experience of handling complex ER cases
-Strong analytical and planning skills able to successfully implement practical solutions
