Privileged Access Identity Management Specialist

6 Month Rolling Contract

This Privileged Access Administrator role is crucial to the successful availability of IAM & OPAM Systems. It delivers a highly responsive service to ensure the users can continue to perform their duties with the minimum of interruption, whilst ensuring that appropriate levels of security are maintained at all times.

Key Accountabilities

Managing IAM Suite

  • Product/application specialist in specific areas of system administration OIM, OIA, OPAM, IAM, BI Publisher and GTC's
  • Provide advice to other areas of the business and project services
  • Produce industry standard documentation of all support activities, processes and procedures for the IAM solution.
  • Keep up to date with relevant specialist areas, develop expertise to identify and provide more effective services
  • Maintenance of user accounts and access rights for IAM solution in accordance with IT Security Standards through regular departmental audits.
  • Supporting of business areas, ensuring the IAM solution is implemented in accordance with Information Security policies/standards/baseline controls
  • Ensure the security of the IAM solution is not compromised
  • Support incident, change and problem management as and when required.
  • Support Standard and Privilege Access Teams.

Managing Privilege Access:

  • Provide approval of user and service accounts access rights for AD and in scope infrastructure accounts, for completion by GSS and IBM
  • Must have UNIX platform experience
  • Maintain user access of privilege accounts in CFSDOM legacy AD domain.
  • Manage Incident, Change and Requests both Internal and 3rd
  • Support Standard Access and Service Delivery Teams.
  • Assist in producing monthly reporting for management KRI's
  • Support the implementation of projects for user privilege access accounts.
  • Ensure all daily controls are running to maintain the operational effectiveness of RCSA Controls.
  • Provide quality evidence for both Internal and External audit
  • Ensure the recertification process of infrastructure generic accounts in OPAM

Key Skills/Experience Required

  • In depth experience of operational support of system administration
  • Experience of working in a technical environment
  • Experience of working in a support environment and monitoring system availability
  • Knowledge of OIM, OIA, OPAM, IAM, BI Publisher and GTC's
  • Knowledge of Windows Server 2003 or above, UNIX, Oracle, SQL RACF
  • Able to deal with multiple issues, task and priorities concurrently
  • An understanding of security concepts.
  • Experience in documenting working processes/procedures and support activities to a high standard
  • Detailed knowledge and experience of the following technologies:
  • AD
  • Windows

Knowledge / Skills / Experience required:

  • Knowledge of Windows Server 2003 or above, UNIX ,Oracle, SQL, DB2, Java
  • Knowledge of OIM, OIA, OPAM, IAM, BI Publisher and GTC's
  • An understanding of Security concepts
  • Understanding of IT and quality standards (ITIL)
  • Experience in the Financial Services Industry
